Prime Media Solutions ("we," "us," "our") is a digital marketing and web agency that manages websites, advertising, and social media accounts on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how our internal software application accesses and uses data from third-party platforms, including Google services and the Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), when we manage a client's accounts with their authorization.

Google platforms (Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads)

With the explicit authorization of the business that owns a given Google account, our internal software accesses reporting data from Google services, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads. We access Google Ads data through the Google Ads API, and we use it solely to produce performance reports and analysis for that client.

• We retrieve performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and search rankings for accounts we are authorized to manage.
• Our Google Ads API access is read-only. We do not create, edit, or remove campaigns or ads through the API.
• We combine this reporting data with other channels only to prepare the client's own performance reports.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide reporting to the client or as required by law.

Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

Acting on behalf of, and with the explicit authorization of, the business that owns a given Facebook Page, our application may access:

• Public content the Page has published, including photos and other media in the Page's media library;
• Comments and engagement on the Page's posts;
• Basic Page information and metadata.

We only access data for Pages and accounts that have explicitly granted us management access through Meta Business tools.

How we use this data

• Producing performance reports and analysis for the client across their advertising and marketing channels;
• Cataloging and organizing a client's own media for use in their marketing and website content;
• Reviewing and responding to comments on the client's Page on the client's behalf;
• Routine social media management and marketing automation for the client.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade any data accessed through Google or the Meta platforms.
• We do not share this data with third parties except as needed to provide our services to the client, or as required by law.
• We do not use the data for any purpose unrelated to managing the client's own accounts.

Data storage and retention

Data is stored on private, access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed to provide our services. A client may request deletion of their data at any time, after which we remove it from our systems.

Data deletion requests

To request access to, or deletion of, any data we hold on your behalf, email admin@primemediaweb.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the name of the account, Page, or property. We will process the request promptly.
